Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Orders are be processed within 2 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Where do you ship?

EU only, for the moment. Once the shipping policy for the UK is clearer and more customer and EU business-friendly we will happily resume shipping there.

How long does it take for items to arrive?

Delivery times depends on your destination: Some orders may be delayed due to a temporary shortage of a specific product or because of delays of the courier. Rest assured we will be working hard to get those items on their way to you as fast as possible.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for purchases above 150 Euro, otherwise it depends on weight and is calculated at checkout, considering shipping destinations. It is free for shipping in Italy.

Do you offer free shipping?

For purchases above 150 euros shipping is included. Please consider that shipping is never free, it is either absorbed in the cost of your purchase or split between the merchant and the client. Couriers need to be paid, one way or another. Don’t fall for free shipping.

Can you combine shipping on more than one item?

Absolutely and we would gladly optimize shipping or several parcels to one destination.

Do you put receipts/invoices in the package?

Generally, no invoice or pricing is included in the package as it might be a gift. Should you need them please let us know if you need a receipt or the invoice in the notes. We’ll also send them by email.

How are your products packaged?

We do not use plastic bags or plastic packaging. All the materials in our deliveries are environmentally friendly, sustainable, and can be recycled
