Make It Tasty offers participants four different formats to better enjoy the event:

LEARNING HUB - Build your network: meet start-ups, agro-food companies, researchers and associations. You will have the opportunity to learn about the most innovative business opportunities in the fight against waste and connect with #innovators in the sector.

FACE TO FACE - An opportunity to present your project or idea of food sustainability to an established manager in the sector.

THE TALK - Listen to the experience of an expert: the way to understand both the secrets of success and the vision on the future objectives of the fight against food waste and the circular economy linked to food.

SUSTAINABLE DINNER - Experience the dinner of a great Chef, prepared with those foods which, although intact, are rejected by the agri-food chain for aesthetic or commercial reasons.

Make It Tasty has been a great success since its first edition in September 2018, involving hundreds of young innovative realities and recovering more than 1000 kg of food transformed into high-level dishes. The project was also awarded as one of the best under 30 projects for achieving the UN SDG's at Seeds&Chips - The Global Food Innovation Summit, demonstrating its global importance.

The participation of Italia Plant Based srl and Mindful Morsel in Make It Tasty is a further demonstration of the company's commitment in the fight against food waste and in the promotion of a more conscious diet.

During the entire event it will be possible to meet the founder Susanna Graziano and Alice Valla , Sustainable Food Systems Expert and editor of the Mindful Morsel blog, discuss corporate welfare solutions and the products available on the mindfulmorsel.com e-commerce, as well as taste some products that are part of the Mindful Morsel boxes, such as the anti-waste fruit and vegetable chips, the pure Mu Mu carob extract and the mountain herbal teas.
